Viva Tapajós is operated by Contexto Soluções em TI to organize tourism information and connect visitors with businesses and professionals in the Tapajós region.

We may process account, authentication, security, submitted profile, voluntarily sent message and saved preference data to provide the functions requested by the user.

Necessary cookies support authenticated sessions, security, saved trips and the privacy choice itself. They do not depend on analytics or advertising consent.

When Analytics is accepted, we use Google Analytics 4, gtag.js and Measurement Protocol to understand page access and partner funnel stages.

Google Consent Mode v2 receives analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization states. They are denied by default, and the Google tag is not loaded before analytics authorization.

Analytics events use technical identifiers and limited parameters. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, CPF, CNPJ, free-form text or documents to Google Analytics.

When Advertising is accepted, we use Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure PageView and Lead. The same event_id is used in the browser and server to prevent duplicate counting.

The integration sends only the event name, time, URL without query parameters, IP address, user-agent and, when available, _fbp and _fbc technical identifiers. Form data, email, phone, CPF and CNPJ are not sent to Meta.

The Conversions API token remains server-only. Rejecting Advertising blocks both Pixel loading and CAPI delivery.

The privacy choice is stored for up to 180 days. Campaign attribution cookies, when authorized, may remain for up to 90 days. Third-party cookies follow Google and Meta retention periods.

You can review or withdraw consent at any time. Rejecting a category stops its events and the portal attempts to remove optional cookies already stored on this domain.

Data may be processed by providers required for the service, such as hosting, database, Google and Meta, according to the authorized purpose. We do not sell personal data.

You may request confirmation, access, correction, sharing information, consent withdrawal and deletion where applicable. Some information may be retained to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or protect rights.
